The whole island was alive with the sound of music as 36 bands played over the three days, mainly at the festival venue on the west coast, but also in pubs and restaurants around the island. In addition, there was the opportunity to learn a bit of Guernesiais and Jerriais, take part in bachin ringing and shanty singing and watch Morris dancing.
