While we were manning our stall at the Sark Folk Festival at the beginning of the month, a remark was made to us about the difficulty of tracking down music resources. One resource which may be overlooked is Les Nouvelles Chroniques du Don Balleine. Besides regular publication of Jèrriais songs, issue 1 of volume 3 on the theme of music may be of particular interest.

As usual, the first publications to look at for songs are Original Songs in the Jersey Language and Folksongs of the Channel Islands.
