Here we are again back from Sark after a good time at the Sark Folk Festival. We were so busy ringing the bachîns and introducing the game of doque to youngsters that we barely got to listen to any of the sets on the stages. The bar with its supply of the new Bec du Nez cider also kept us from wandering too far, although our poetry and songs were at least suitably lubricated. There was plenty of interest in the bachîns, and some even went so far as to describe it as the Jersey vuvuzela!
