"Toute la pêque" : a set of 6 new children's simple picture story books in Jèrriais will be launched at the end of September 2013.
Each of the small colourful 12-page books will retail from that date at £3, but by reserving your complete set of the 6 books before 1st September 2013, you can benefit from the special pre-publication bargain price of only £12.
Each illustrated booklet imagines the life and personality of a Jersey landmark: La Hougue Bie, La Corbière lighthouse, Les Platons mast, Mont Orgueil, the Airport control tower, and a working crane at Saint Helier Harbour. The text in English can be read alongside the Jèrriais on each page.
