Jeudi au sé - Changement d'plian!
Thursday evening - change of plan!
La vîsite à la distill'lie a 'té annulée, malheutheusement. Au run, j'allons nos assemblier à Saint Aubîn, l'avant à la Salle Pârouaîssiale à 7h du sé. Jé f'thons eune p'tite touônnée d'la caûchie auve du Jèrriais: d's explyicâtions d'vocabulaithe et dé tchi entouor la mé et les batchieaux. Épis j'allons piquenitchi en r'gardant la baie ou aller à l'aubèrge ou restaurant s'lon san chouaix. I' f'tha bé et j'profit'tons d'eune belle séthée!
Unfortunately the visit to the distillery has been cancelled. So instead we'll be meeting up at Saint Aubin in front of the Parish Hall at 7pm. We'll have a short walk along the harbour and have some topical Jèrriais, words, phrases and stuff about boats and the sea. Then we'll have an informal picnic looking out at the bay, or head inside to pub or restaurant as we feel like it. The weather should be good so we'll make the most of a fine evening!
