Lé Cantique des Brandons - Torches

Here's a Jèrriais version of the carol "Torches". Originally a Spanish carol from Galicia, an English version was included in The Oxford Book of Carols with a folk tune collected by Felip Pedrell. The tune most popularly associated with the carol nowadays is that by John Joubert published in 1961. This Jèrriais version of the words fits the Pedrell tune; with repeats it will fit the Joubert setting.

Ah, lô-lô, lô-lô, man p'tchiot.
